Cash
Cash payment is accepted at all ticket selling outlets, except:
- Smaller touchscreen ticket machines at Tube stations
- Oyster online and telesales
Personal Cheques
Personal cheques are accepted at London Overground stations. If you want to pay by personal cheque:
- It must be supported by a cheque guarantee card
- If the value of the cheque exceeds the accompanying card guarantee limit, you must also provide proof of your identity and home address
Personal cheques are not accepted at Tube stations or TfL Travel Information Centres
Company Cheques
Company cheques are accepted at Tube and London Overground stations and London Travel Information Centres. You need to provide two proofs of identity which include your home address.
- Tube stations - company cheques should be made payable to London Underground Ltd
- London Overground - company cheques should be made payable to London Overground
- London Travel Information Centres - company cheques should be made payable to Transport Trading Ltd
Credit and debit cards
- Tube and London Overground stations and London Travel Information Centres accept, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Diners Club, Visa Electron and JCB
- Oyster Online and telesales accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Delta and JCB
