Cycle Safety Action Plan

The draft Cycle Safety Action Plan sets out how cycling can be made safer in London. It draws on recent experience in cycling growth in the Capital and knowledge about what is needed to improve safety.

The number of people cycling has increased in London in recent years, while the rate of cycling casualties has declined. But safety is still a serious issue and is the main reason people don't cycle.
