Use the Location Checker to see if you live in or right next to the charging zone. If so, you can get a 90 percent discount from the Congestion Charge.
Register online
Register online for an account and then apply within your account for the residents' discount. Your residents' discount application form will be pre-populated with your account information. Simply print it, sign it and send it back to us at the address supplied on the form.
Once we've approved your application and your discount is active, you may apply for a refund of the difference on charges paid since applying.
