Dial-a-Ride and wheelchair To be eligible for Dial-a-Ride membership you must have a permanent or long-term disability which means you are unable, or virtually unable, to use mainstream public transport services some or all of the time.

You are automatically eligible for membership if you are:

If you do not fulfil any of the criteria above, you may still be eligible for Dial-a-Ride but may have to provide further evidence of your mobility problems.

Visitors to London

If you have a permanent or long-term disability and wish to use Dial-a-Ride services while visiting London, you can apply for temporary membership. You will need to complete the application form below and include the dates of your visit and where you are staying.

How to apply

If you think you may be eligible for Dial-a-Ride membership:

  2. Post the completed form to:
