Uses
We will consider most light industrial and storage uses. Please remember that vehicle repairs or storing flammable gases are subject to planning requirements.

Applications
If you are interested in renting one of our arches, complete the application form for vacant premises (PDF 117KB).
Please include the arch's address or reference number. We'll also need your Experian credit report. Keep a copy of these documents for your own records.

Improvement works
If you want any alterations to premises, we may ask you to hire an approved contractor to prepare a detailed plan. They may also need to carry out the work to meet Underground standards.

Rental terms
Our usual rental term for Arch or Industrial premises is a three-year agreement. A six-year term will also be considered for office premises.
We are now introducing flexible lease terms for Arch/Industrial premises. These will allow you to rent properties for shorter periods with lower start-up costs.
Charges
When the rent is agreed, you will need to pay at least one month's rent in advance and one month's deposit.
Rental charges for Arch/Industrial premises are between £60 and £120 per square metre, depending on the quality and location of the space.
If you are using a limited liability company as the tenant of premises, we will need a director to guarantee the rent.
