Advertising in taxis
All advertising proposals must be approved by the Public Carriage Office (PCO) and any taxi found carrying unauthorised advertising is liable to be issued with a suspension notice.
Taxi passengers pay a premium rate for taxi journeys and expect to travel in safety, comfort and privacy. We want to make sure they are not subjected to intrusive or excessive advertising.
Full terms and conditions of advertising are detailed in our Guidelines for advertising on licensed London taxis (PDF 269KB)
