We'll check what stations are available. Once we've agreed you can collect, we will send you a Charities Collection pack. This includes a letter of authority, which allows you to collect on the dates and at the stations listed.

We will also let the station supervisor know you're coming.

Safety in the station

You may only collect or sing in the ticket hall area. You must stay away from lifts, escalators or automatic barriers.

You can't collect on trains. Please follow the instructions of station staff during your collection.

Charities we support

The London Travel Demand Survey

The London Travel Demand Survey (LTDS) helps raise money for charity.

Through participation in this survey, we have raised £3,400 for charity in the third quarter of 2009/10.

Action for the Blind, BBC Children in Need, Cancer Research and Royal Society for Protection of Birds will each receive a donation of £850.

Find out more about the LTDS in our Travel in London Report.
